Back to the UK
We have just made an impromptu visit back to England to see Dave’s Mum, who had a short spell in hospital, but is now back home and slowly on the mend.
We picked the right time to go as we avoided a serious cold snap and bad storm in Newport. Also, the hotel pool was closed for painting; it re-opened just as we arrived back.
We have recently been toying with the idea of sailing back across the Atlantic this summer. We have now made up our minds and are making definite plans to set sail mid-May via the Azores. Since Katie isn’t fully trained up yet, we are on the lookout for willing crew.

Looking forward to having You All Home again , Do tell katie that chocolate Grandad and Granny are Both very excited. Right off to start bulk buying chocci buttons lol.

Would offer my crew but I need him for my trip home to Killybegs in mid-June... and you might have trouble getting him away from the Azores where he was diving last summer...
